Watch The Trailer For My New Short Film, “Dave’s Last Night on Earth”

November 19, 2018 Posted by Alex Arabian Original Films, Uncategorized No Comments

Recently, I wrote, produced, starred in, and edited my first short film titled, “Dave’s Last Night on Earth,” under my production company Steelhead Productions. I’m pleased to announce that it has been accepted into its first two film festivals.

Another Hole in the Head

source: AHITH

It will premiere at the 15th annual Another Hole In The Head Film Festival on December 2, 2018 in San Francisco. You can view more information about the event, and, if you’re in the area, buy tickets here!

Award of Merit

IndieFEST Award of Merit

In other news, “Dave’s Last Night on Earth” won the Award of Merit for Film Short at the IndieFEST Film Awards, among Oscar nominees and Emmy award winners. I’d like to extend a congratulations to Nigerian filmmaker Akin Omotoso, who also won an Award of Merit for his experimental film “A Hotel Called Memory.” I interviewed him last year in Berlin, and he’s an exceptional talent.

My team and I are honored for the accolades thus far, and hopefully this won’t be the last time we receive such humbling news for our short film.

Check out our film’s IMDb page here.

Oh yeah, and don’t forget to watch the trailer below!
